Documents to prepare:
1. Vet records - they will check this at the quarantine section. if your pup is 2 months pa lang and fit to travel naman, they will allow kahit wala pang anti-rabies. If 3 months up na, they require talaga anti rabies and the vaccines.
2. Certificate from Vet - 'fit to travel' (optional kasi minsan di naman hinihingi)
This is how I did it:
1. Get a visitors pass at the Cebu Pacific Terminal (it's the small window on the far right side. you can ask the guards). Pay 50 pesos for the pass. Tell them you will go to quarantine section
2. Go to quarantine section and present your vet record. they will just sign the a slip which you need to bring to the cargo section of Cebu Pac.
3. Go to cargo section, present the slip from quarantine section.
4. Fill-up the shipping form.
5. Weigh the cargo (cage with dog inside). they will indicate the weight in the form.
6. Proceed to window 1 to pay for the cargo.
7. Get the airway bill number.
8. Present the Airway bill sheet to the receiving area for proper endorsement of your cargo.
that's it!
TIPS:
1. make sure that you choose a cage that is well ventilated. they accept na the variant na grills lang as long as the puppy can stand up and can change its position. in short, comfortable for the pup.
2. make sure to seal all possible opening with a tie wire or lock.. you wouldn't want a missing puppy, right?
3. be kind to the people who will receive your cargo.. it will go a long way to right placement in the cargo hull.
4. ETD: its usually 2 hours after your shipment confirmation or the nearest flight 2 hours after that.
